Order, Exchange & Return Policy

Made to Order

You can order your piece in your own custom measurements — share them in the notes field at checkout, or via WhatsApp or Instagram direct message.

Pieces made to custom measurements or colours are crafted just for you — so they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Returns

Within 14 days of delivery, with a full refund — provided the piece is returned in its original condition with all its attachments (tag and packaging).

Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Within 14 days of delivery, for another size or another piece, with any price difference applied.

Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Delivery

Return and exchange delivery fees are borne by the customer — if the piece has a manufacturing defect, delivery is on us.

This policy complies with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2014 and its executive regulations.
